Schools and Academies

Purple Daisy supply professional Mental Health Nurses to schools an Academies throughout the East Midlands.

Our Mental Health Nurses

Mental Health Nurses differ from counsellors and other mental health workers in that they have a broad range of skills and inventions. They are not restricted to a particular therapy and can utilise greater range of therapeutic tools.

Our nurses have many years of experience both within and outside the NHS, and are able to identify appropriate NHS services when these are available and will direct clients to these if they are appropriate.

All our nurses have a registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and their qualifications are available to check and view on the NMC website. Enhanced DBS searches are completed on all our staff and are available to view on request.

All staff are trained in Child and Adult Safeguarding and will be able to support you in training and decision making in this area.
